In the real estate industry, where the market fluctuates widely, this name reflects our desire to continue shining at a solid position as a guidepost in the market. 

In the real estate investment domain, which is the pillar of our business, we focus on Tokyo, one of the most competitive markets in the world. We are strategically working to build a stable business foundation by leveraging our strengths, such as our ability to quickly anticipate changes in the business environment, our agility and creativity, as well as our execution capabilities.

Furthermore, we have established the mission, “Real Estate x Tech to Open Up a New Market,” and have developed real estate investment business by leveraging the power of technology.
In September 2014, the third year since our founding, we launched “OwnersBook,” Japan's first crowdfunding service specializing in real estate investment. “OwnersBook” enables individual investors to invest in the real estate market that has been dominated by institutional investors. Through “OwnersBook,” individual investors can enjoy real estate investment to the fullest. We believe that together, we can create a new market in the real estate industry.
It was a great challenge for us, an early startup, in a huge and complicated market, to serve as a bridge between individual investors and the real estate investment market, which has been specialized for institutional investors. However, combining our knowledge in various fields and continuously operating our business sincerely and earnestly, we have seen more and more people come to understand the appeal of real estate crowdfunding services. 
In recent years, the real estate Security Token Offering (STO) market has also been expanding steadily. The area of real estate investment accessible to individual investors is steadily growing, and we feel that the world we have been aiming for is getting closer.

In December 2025, our company made Hash DasH Holdings Co., Ltd., which possesses rare management resources in the digital securities field, a wholly-owned subsidiary to further advance the 'democratization of real estate investment.'

 By integrating the business foundations of both group companies, we aim to maximize the potential of real estate STOs (Security Token Offerings), contributing to individual investors' asset formation and the further development of the real estate investment market.
